Redefine Your Patterns Of Thought (Philosophy of life)

Philosophy simply is the way people perceive and interpret the world around them. To some people, life’s good, to other life’s a burden. To some people, all men/women are evil excluding themselves; to others everybody is good or bad depending on the means of relativity.
One of the dangerous mistake a lot of us make is that we generalize issues and relate them to ourselves even when we can make changes. Brother, optimists see big opportunities in the midst of danger whereas pessimists see danger even in midst of the brightest opportunities. There are some people who always have “the otherwise” thought, the “what if” though, full of passivity and critical analysis of impending inconveniences.
Few days ago, I was thinking about the fact that many people were complaining that Ghana’s economy is bad, but in the same economy, a lot of foreign companies and individuals are flooding to enrich themselves. Ask, what are these investors seeing? That differentiates the mind-sets of rich from the poor. So at least for this reason, it is quite dangerous to compensate your inabilities with the state of the economy and generalize issues like others are doing.

See yourself as a single, independent candidate of life, full of intellect and discernment to judge things for yourself. Generalized perception are not always true. The voice of the majority is not the voice of God, but a cry out of their fears. Refuse to be imprisoned by the thoughts, feelings and experiences of others. Think the ways you want to and lead life like it’s your personal deal. Frederick Klopstock said “he who no opinion of his own, but depend on opinion of others is a slave”.
